Pricing

At Parts for Power Wheels, we work hard to make sure our prices are the lowest around. That’s why if you happen to find an identical item In Stock with a competitor, we’ll not only match it but beat it by 5%.

Our web prices may differ from our over the counter prices. Prices are subject to change at anytime without notice and we will not be held responsible for incorrect pricing or errors on this website.


Returns

What items are returnable?

All items are returnable for up to 90 days, provided they are in their original condition and packaging, and have not been installed. All returns must be accompanied by a printed return form.

Do you charge a restocking fee?

Items returned within 90 days have no restocking fee

How will I receive refund?

We will send your refund for your return back to your original payment method.

Do you reimburse shipping costs?

We do not normally reimburse shipping costs, unless it was a mistake on our end.

Do you issue call tags?

We do not issue call tags, if you have a part which needs to be returned, you will need to take this to the post office and mail it back.

Warranties

How long is the warranty on parts?

All parts have a 90 day replacement warranty. Shipping is not included. Any shortages or damaged parts must be reported within 30 days.

Are any parts not covered by warranty?

Disposable parts such as humidifier filters and vacuum bags are not covered by a warranty.

How are shipping charges handled?

Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility in transit to factory or to our store. We will pay for return ground shipping to customers in the lower 48 states. Air shipping is available but the customer must pay the difference in cost.

USA Shipping

Our flat rate shipping and handling charge is $9.99 for the lower 48 states. This covers an unlimited number of parts.

If you are in Alaska, Puerto Rico or Hawaii, your shipping costs are as follows. For orders less that $15, flat rate shipping is $12.99. For orders greater than $15, flat rate shipping is $29.99.

Oversize items are excluded and may have additional shipping charges. We will contact you with shipping charges if your parts are oversized.

All orders will ship by Federal Express or United States Postal Service at our discretion.

If you would prefer an alternative shipping method, please contact us.

We do not profit from shipping and handling.


Canadian Shipping

If your order is $15.00 and under, a flat rate of $12.99 shipping and handling is applied. These are generally shipped via US Mail/Canada Post. This can take 2-4 weeks to get delivered. If your order is over $15.00, a flat rate of $29.99 for shipping and handling is applied.

Oversize items are excluded and may have additional shipping charges. We will contact you with shipping charges if your parts are oversized.

Australian and New Zealand Orders

Orders ship from our Denver, Colorado warehouse and incur a flat rate shipping charge of $99.99.


Other International Orders

All other international orders incur a flat rate shipping charge of $59.99.

Please note: Oversized items may require an additional shipping fee, and are excluded from our flat rate shipping. We will contact you to confirm if you wish to proceed in this case. Please contact us if you require clarification.

Please note: Your country may charge import duties, taxes and fees. Your order may take extra time to get through customs. Please allow at least two weeks for delivery.
